3rd of 8, this is my favor, fast and easy. You just prepare as below,  put the prawns to steam and have your rice in cooker, go for a good shower. And  when you get  out of the shower room, there you go, rice cooked and prawn ready. Please note do not over stream the prawns as that  will cause the prawn to get tough.

Ingredients

  • 300g of Medium size prawn
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon cut chilli
  • 2 – 3 egg white
  • 2 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 1/3 teaspoon sugar
  • Pepper

 Instructions

  1. Wash & devein the prawn (with the shell intact)
  2. Beat the egg white lightly & pour onto a plate
  3. Place the prawn nicely on the plate with egg white & stuff a bit of the garlic on the back of the prawns & steam it till it is cook
  4. Add the spring onion & chilli onto the prawns
  5. Mix the soya sauce, sugar & a dash of pepper together & then pour on top of the prawns
  6. Cover for another minute then serve

Cooking Time: 0.5 hours

Footnote;

Can add some cooking wine or a bit of brandy onto the prawns for more fragrance
