Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 packet Noodle King (thick),
- XO scallop flavour
- 1 teaspoon chilli oil
- 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Eu Yan Sang Mushroom Scallop XO Sauce
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 tablespoon canned crab meat
- Fried shallots
- Spring onions, chopped
- Red chillies, sliced
- Cook noodles for 4 minutes.
- While they cook, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Add sachet of oil & dried scallops from the noodles packet, but discard soup stock seasoning.
- Drain noodles. Add to the bowl & toss until evenly mixed.
- Garnish with lettuce & crabmeat, top with fried shallots, spring onions & red chillies if desired
