Crabmeat Mee Pok with XO Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 packet Noodle King (thick),
  • XO scallop flavour
  • 1 teaspoon chilli oil
  • 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Eu Yan Sang Mushroom Scallop XO Sauce
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 tablespoon canned crab meat

Optional garnishes:

  • Fried shallots
  • Spring onions, chopped
  • Red chillies, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles for 4 minutes.
  2. While they cook, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add sachet of oil & dried scallops from the noodles packet, but discard soup stock seasoning.
  4. Drain noodles. Add to the bowl & toss until evenly mixed.
  5. Garnish with lettuce & crabmeat, top with fried shallots, spring onions & red chillies if desired
