Canned Pork Leg & Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 packet instant noodles
  • 1/2 tablespoon shallot oil
  • 1 can pork leg with mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 100ml water
  • 2 stalks of Chye Sim

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles without seasoning until slightly soft. Drain.
  2. Heat shallot oil in wok. Add canned pork, oyster sauce & water.
  3. Add noodles, Chye Sim & simmer on medium heat until noodles are almost dry.
